The Adamawa State Government, through the Civil Service Commission, has confirmed that appointment letters for successfully shortlisted candidates in the recent recruitment exercise will begin to roll out. This update was contained in an official press statement released by the Commission.
According to the announcement, the original list of successful candidates will be used as the final basis for appointments. The Commission emphasized that there will be no alterations or replacements, ensuring transparency and fairness in the recruitment process.
Beginning this evening Wednesday 31st December, 2025 appointment letters notifications will be dispatched to successful candidates through their registered email addresses. To further ensure accessibility and communication efficiency, candidates will also receive notifications via their registered phone numbers.
The commission expressed appreciation to His Excellency, Alhaji Dr. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for his intervention and unwavering support toward strengthening the state civil service and creating employment opportunities for citizens.
Candidates are encouraged to monitor their emails and phone messages closely as the notification process commences.
