The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has officially opened its portal for the submission of backlog stipend claims for beneficiaries who are yet to receive their payments for the 2025 fellowship year. The claim window covers unpaid stipends from January 2025 to December 2025, and all eligible fellows are advised to complete their submissions promptly.
According to the programme management, the deadline for submission is 31st March 2026. After this date, no backlog claims will be accepted or processed under any circumstance. Fellows are therefore encouraged to act early to avoid missing this opportunity.
To successfully submit a claim, beneficiaries must provide two key documents. First is an approved attendance certification from their Host Organization for the months being claimed. Second is a signed and stamped bank statement showing a complete transaction history from the date of NJFP resumption to the present. These documents must be clear, accurate, and properly endorsed.
Applicants are reminded that only complete and valid submissions will be processed. Any missing or incorrect documentation may result in delays or outright disqualification. Fellows must also ensure they use the same email address originally registered on the NJFP platform when submitting their claims.
