The Taraba State Health Services Management Board (TSHSMB), Jalingo, has announced the commencement of a recruitment exercise for qualified healthcare and administrative professionals. The initiative aims to strengthen the state’s health workforce and enhance the delivery of efficient, accessible, and quality healthcare services across public health facilities in the state.
According to the Board, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill several critical positions. These include; Nurses and Midwives, Medical Doctors, Medical Record Officers, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Radiographers, and Administrative Officers. The recruitment drive is expected to address manpower gaps, improve patient care, and support the effective functioning of hospitals and healthcare centres throughout Taraba State.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are required to possess relevant academic and professional qualifications obtained from recognized training institutions. Where applicable, candidates must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. Additionally, all professionals are expected to be duly registered with their respective regulatory bodies.
The Board also emphasized that candidates must possess valid and current practising licences to be considered eligible.
