The Crest Research and Development Institute (CRADI) is inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of data collectors/enumerators recruitment for an important research on the “Freedom of Religion and Belief research project”. Overview of the CRADI Research Project

Roles and Responsibilities of CRADI Data Collectors

Selected candidates will carried out the following important duties during the execution of their assignment.

1. Attend Mandatory Training

  • Data Collectors must attend a compulsory training session where they will be oriented about the project objectives, research methods, and data collection tools/applications.

2. Conduct Interviews and Surveys

  • Participants will engage the respondents in interviews and administer them with questionnaires through professional and respectful approach.

3. Record Accurate Data

Accuracy of data is critical in the exercise, therefore enumerators will use approved and efficient digital tools or forms to carry out this activity.

4. Maintain Confidentiality and Ethics

  • Data Collectors must follow ethical research standards by protecting the privacy of the respondent and seek for their consent before conducting any interviews.

5. Submit Reports and Provide Feedback

After each session of the exercise, collected data must be submitted without delay and field observations and challenges must also be reported to supervisors.

Participants are expected to exhibit professionalism, honesty, and neutrality throughout their assignment.
