DUFUTH Releases Comprehensive Schedule and Venue Arrangement for 2026 Internship Recruitment Placement Interview and Examination.

The David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital has officially released the schedule for its Internship Recruitment Placement Examination, bringing clarity and direction to all applicants who successfully completed the application process. This announcement is directed at candidates across key clinical and allied health departments and marks an important stage in the 2026 internship recruitment exercise.

According to the notice, the interview and examination exercise is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, at the DUFUTH Complex. Applicants are expected to arrive early, as verification will commence at 9:00am, while the examination is slated for 11:00am. Candidates are advised to come along with all required credentials for verification to avoid disqualification. The entire recruitment exercise is expected to conclude on Thursday, January 29th, 2026.

The internship recruitment covers the following departments: Nursing Service, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Service, Optometry, Pharmacy, and Radiology. To ensure an orderly and seamless process, David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital has made specific arrangements for departmental interview halls and venues within the hospital complex.

The approved venues are as follows: Nursing Service applicants will be interviewed at the DUFUTH Chapel, while Physiotherapy candidates will use the Paediatrics Seminar Room. Medical Laboratory Service applicants are assigned to the 5th Floor, and Optometry candidates will converge at the Internal Medicine Seminar Room. For Pharmacy applicants, the designated venue is the Obstetrics and Gynaecology ANC Hall, while Radiology applicants will be interviewed at the Community Medicine Seminar Room.

David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital management encourages all applicants to strictly adhere to their scheduled times and assigned venues, maintain professionalism, and comply with all instructions throughout the exercise.
