A minimum educational qualification of SSCE/WAEC with required credits is acceptable, while candidates with higher qualifications such as ND, HND, or B.Sc. degrees have an added advantage. Applicants must also be of good character, medically fit, and willing to serve anywhere in Nigeria if employed.
