Key Responsibilities
Graduate Trainees will be actively involved in PalmPay’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include participating in structured training programs, learning PalmPay’s products, systems, and operating procedures, and supporting teams with operational and strategic tasks. Trainees will also assist with data analysis, reporting, documentation, research, and presentations to stakeholders.
Additionally, participants will contribute to process improvement initiatives, support product launches and campaigns, work on team-based projects, and take part in mentorship, coaching, and performance review sessions—while upholding PalmPay’s values, culture, and ethical standards.
Eligibility and Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper minimum) from a recognized institution. Preferred disciplines include Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
Candidates must have 0-2 years of post-NYSC work experience, be not more than 27 years of age, and must have completed the NYSC program at the time of application. Applicants are also required to reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
Skills and Competencies
