Apply for OXFORD TVET Solar/Inverter Training 2026

The Federal Ministry of Education, through the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) programme under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) initiative, has announced the opening of the Oxford-TVET Registration Form for interested applicants across Nigeria.
This national skills development programme is designed to empower young Nigerians with hands-on technical competence that supports employability, entrepreneurship, and long-term productivity. Participants will receive structured instruction that combines classroom learning with real-world practical experience, ensuring readiness for today’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
The current intake focuses on Solar and Inverter Installation, a six-month intensive training created specifically for individuals who are unemployed and ready to commit to full-time skill acquisition. The objective is to build a reliable workforce capable of delivering quality renewable power solutions while creating sustainable income opportunities for trainees after graduation.
Through expert facilitators, modern training tools, and competency-based assessment, learners will gain practical understanding of system installation, safety procedures, equipment handling, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Graduates will be positioned for entry-level employment, contract opportunities, or self-employment within the energy market.
Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility conditions before submission. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate availability, commitment, and interest in technical career development. Limited training slots are available, and early application is strongly encouraged.
