The Chairman of the Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has officially announced the opening of the online portal for applicants under the J-Teach Batch A 2026 recruitment exercise. This development marks a significant step in the state government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen basic education through the recruitment of qualified teaching personnel across public primary and junior secondary schools in Jigawa State.

According to the announcement, all applicants who applied for the J-Teach Batch A teaching employment are required to log on to the SUBEB online portal to complete their registration for the teaching employment examination.

The examination has been scheduled to hold on Saturday, January 10th, 2026, and participation is strictly limited to candidates who successfully complete the online registration process.

As part of the registration requirements, applicants are mandated to enter their Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) examination results accurately on the portal. This step is compulsory and serves as a key eligibility verification measure for the examination. These notification cards will contain vital details, including each applicant’s specific examination time and other relevant instructions. Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the portal and official SUBEB communication channels for updates to avoid missing important announcements.

The Jigawa SUBEB management emphasized that the registration process is entirely online and urged applicants to complete their registration promptly to avoid last-minute challenges.
